What types of products can Wyepak fill?

What bottle sizes can you fill?
We can fill products from 20ml up to 25 litres, depending on the product, container and filling requirements. We work with a wide range of bottle and container formats.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There isn’t a standard minimum order quantity as such. It depends on the product, packaging, filling process and production requirements. We work with both established brands and businesses starting new products or smaller production runs.
Can Wyepak handle larger production volumes?
Yes. We provide flexible filling and packing capacity for both regular production and additional or seasonal demand. We can discuss your current volumes and how we can support your business as it grows.
How quickly can you start my project?
Lead times vary depending on the product, packaging, quantity and complexity. Once we understand your requirements, we’ll give you a realistic indication of the timescale and any preparation or trials that may be required.
Can Wyepak source bottles, caps and labels?
We work on a free-issue basis, so packaging, components and liquid is supplied to us by the customer. However, we work closely with trusted packaging suppliers and liquid formulators, and can put you in touch with businesses that can supply bottles, caps, labels and other componentry.
Do I need to supply the liquid?
Yes, in most cases the product is supplied to us ready for filling in bulk. Wyepak specialises in liquid filling and packing rather than product formulation.
What quality standards does Wyepak work to?
Quality is an important part of our operation that’s why we hold 3 different ISO certifications. We use controlled filling and packing processes, with appropriate production checks, batch records and traceability. If your business has specific quality or audit requirements, let us know when you enquire.
How much does contract filling cost?
Every project is different, so there is no standard price. Costs can depend on the product, viscosity, fill volume, container, production quantity, labelling and packing requirements. Give us your project details and we’ll provide a quotation based on your requirements.
Can you apply labels and batch codes?
Yes. Labelling and batch coding can form part of our contract packing service, allowing your products to leave Wyepak filled, labelled and ready for delivery.
What types of closures can you work with?
We work with a wide range of closures and dispensing formats, including induction heat seal caps, screw caps, trigger sprays, pumps, atomisers and flip-top/disc top closures to name a few. Suitability depends on the product, container and application.
